I CHOKED ON AMNIOTIC FLUID AND NEARLY DIED AT BIRTH

It's true!

I also have a bunch of other stories from my life I've wanted to tell for a long time so I needed to find an outlet to make a live show happen.

On a whim I thought I'd apply to be a part of last years Fundy Fringe Festival. I found out in early April that my application had been accepted and I quickly had to write a one hour, one man show for a live audience.

The only thought that had me bursting with ideas was to perform a musical/comedic autobiography that had me telling stories I've wanted to share for ages. This included me screwing up my own birth all the way up to participating in drug studies as a broke musician. In short, this performance was my attempt to jam in a bunch of true stories from my life, write songs about them and somehow make it entertaining enough to not have people walk out on me.

I'm glad I put my head down and made this happen as I now have a one man show I'd like to bring to other festivals where I'd love to expand and perfect it.
